  • What is required to book?

    A 20% retainer is due on the day of the signed contract. The deposit is non-tranferable and is non-refundable.

    Deposit must be placed and contract must be signed in order to secure the date.

  • Is there a service minimum?

    Yes, a 4 service minimum is required for all weekend weddings.

  • What happens when I cancel?

    Any event services cancelled within 90 days of the event date will still be required to pay 50% of the contracted amount. Any cancellation within 60 days of the event is required to pay the amount in full.

  • Is a trial required?

    A trial is optional. However, it is highly recommended so we can learn what works and what doesn’t work for the big day!

  • Do you travel outside of Ventura County?

    Yes, all wedding day hair services are done on site. For out of state/country please inquire for more information.
